Competitive advantage
UCP will value company opportunities that have
a lean management structure, stringent overhead and cost controls and supply
chain partnerships, including manufacturing, and research, onshore and
offshore.
Size
Size of operations is not an essential factor.
Each of the selection criteria will be assessed. UCP is searching for
companies that have turnover in the range of $5m to $500m per annum.
Markets
UCP is engaged across a variety of
industry sectors.
Investment opportunity
UCP may complete the acquisition process with
co-investment partners.
Timing
Each acquisition case will have its own
customised process applied. Experience demonstrates that outcomes may be
achieved within a 3-6 month timetable.
